The Erasmus accreditation is the instrument through which organisations and institutions can continuously participate in the Erasmus+ programme 2021-2027, giving them simplified access to annual funding under Key Action 1, projects of mobility.
The award of Erasmus accreditation confirms that the applicant organisation is able to implement a medium or long-term strategic development plan. To this end, the candidate organisation draw up a plan for the implementation of high-quality mobility activities called the Erasmus Plan, as part of a broader organizational effort to think strategically about its development.
„Mihai Eminescu” National College Constanta has obtained this distinction by developing a strategic plan, with well-established objectives, which take into account diversity, social inclusion, digitalization, active citizenship, European identity and continous learning.
Annual budget
Erasmus accreditation is aimed at students, teachers and auxiliary staff of the college and has the following objectives:
- Management professionalization
- Developing digital skills, diversifying teaching methods, creating educational resources, increasing interest in developing evaluation materials and tools that promote creativity, critical thinking for 90% of teachers
- Developing the skills to work in a team
- Knowledge or familiarity with the training programmes offered by Erasmus
- Continuation of individual training through networks formed
- Improving communication in a foreign language.
- Creating a brochure with interactive digital lessons and evaluation tools
- Work efficiency through the digitization of documents
- Responsibility towards the environment
- Experiencing a training internship abroad
- Understanding the importance of active citizenship and media literacy
- 50% involvement of students in solving community problems and extracurricular activities
- Increasing school performance for disadvantaged students up to 60%
- Students with special educational requirements will learn in a friendly environment and appropriate to their problems
- Participation in follow-up networks with partners abroad
- Development of at least 2 eTwinning projects per year and 1 ESC/year solidarity project
- Increase in confidence and self-esteem
- Increasing interest in joining the European volunteer corps
- Participation with children and school teachers in voluntary actions
- The involvement and support by local public authorities of the college's activities by promoting and valuing the results as examples of good practice.
- Creating a database will allow creating a friendly environment by using digital tools for document editing, digital archiving
- Obtaining the Quality Certificate for ESC
- Developing the organizational capacity with over 70% to identify the causes of school failure, the needs of educational actors, to develop effective and realistic measures
- Proposing at the level of the educational community an elective on media literacy, leadership and advocacy.
